So I've gone for a more delicate lady-like look today rather than the High Tops and Leggings I've been living in.
I LOVE these spotty tights I bought recently from H&M, they make me feel like a little dolly, and the Cardigan also from H&M, is very Chanel inspired, especially when teamed with a simple Pearl Necklace like I wore today - making me feel like a little Chanel Dolly.
I have been listening to a lot of Hip Hop lately... Especially the old skool stuff, late 80's and early 90's. (They don't make em like they used to) It seems to be having a direct effect on how I have been dressing recently, the lairy-in-your-face leggings, multiple gold chains, gold rings stacked up. I can't get enough!
One of my favourite places to go is Big Chill Bar in Brick Lane (East London) where once a month they have a night named 'Ill Commotion' dedicated to all this kind of stuff.
Nothing but chilled out vibes, not a place for the uptight or faint hearted.
Here are some of the tunes from my 'Fave' playlist at the moment.
Peace ♥
Wu Tang Clan - Cream
Warren G - And Ya Don't Stop
The Notorious B.I.G - One More Chance
Monie Love - It's A Shame (My Sister)
And last but not least.... My all time favourite (I guarantee every girl will relate with this song at least once in their life... Maybe some more than others, Boys take note!!)
As in a previous post I have gushed about how much I am lovin' the Peace symbol around at the moment, however another trend I am fond of at the minute is lairy leggings circa 1980's. (Think Fresh Prince of Bel Air) So when I saw these Peace leggings, I just had to have them!
From Topshop at £22, they are very Moschino inspired. (They actually remind me of a pair of Moschino jeans my friend and I had and shared covered in letters back in the early noughties... Ahh memories!)
As mentioned I work for for a small boutique running their website. I practically do everything on my own, from arranging and styling shoots, to product upload as well as thinking of promotions for the site and commissioning art work to some lovely friends of mine at Ropix.
Here is a shoot we did before Christmas that I really enjoyed.
